The Zoo has a bird show and something called the Amazing Animal Show; the intended audience for which is between five and eight, but which does present some interest photographic opportunities. (I prefer the bird show, but they weren't running it that day.)
Anyway; this imposing feline is a serval, an African wild cat. If I recall correctly, the specific individual was recovered after being imported as a pet.
There is some walking about...
And some demonstration of vertical leaping on to six foot platforms. (The's the MC for the show in the background there.)
The amusing part of all this is that they intended to have a red-legged serima in the show for the first time; it got one look at the serval and declined to participate. Which is only prudent of it, I do suppose.
