Panning practice for flying birds while waiting for the bus. Shutter speed should have been a bit higher, but I'm still getting a feel for that. (Also still working to overcome my desire to maximize aperture; important facing north and trying to take songbird pictures on a dim winter day, not so important in blazing direct summer sunshine.)

Panning practice for flying birds while waiting for the bus. Shutter speed should have been a bit higher, but I'm still getting a feel for that.
