There's a door under that roof-eave, though it does not seem to be being used much, if at all.
I expect there shall be a mighty crash, before spring, and I shall have to explain to Aoife that it's not anything that has anything to do with devouring cats.
Oh, dear. Is that just the guttering failing, or is there more of the roof attached to it?

ReplyDeleteThe size of the crash is a function of the amount of ice present at the time; I've seen gutters go when the ice was just too heavy, and I've seen them go when the ice thawed enough that it became obvious that the ice was all that was holding the gutter up.
I suspect this is going to be one of the former.
