These guys -- more than the finches, or even the cardinals -- are what make me lust after a really fast long lens. Because they just don't hold blessed still, even when they are eating.
And no, I don't begin to know how I'd pay for a DA* 300/f2, but I still want Pentax to make one. :)
The tummy colour washes right out; this is actually a bit brighter than it looked.
